In realizing its goal the organization has been implementing humanitarian and development oriented projects since its establishment. The organization has well defined structure and favorable work environment to direct it and manage project activities and manpower inputs effectively as a result of the implementation of projects in collaboration with partners and donors the living condition of target beneficiaries were improved and the efforts were encouraging to move on for better performance.

Building the capacity of jobless youth and destitute women in different parts of counter based on clearly identified needed they will be helped to engage in income generating activities (IGA) through providing business skill training and facilitating financial and technical input .moreover young girls and boys who have completed high school education but remain idle in the country will have technical & vocational training and support .
